Sebastian and Ashley Risse moved to Switzerland, from sunny, yet hurricane ridden Florida, in March, 2006. Sebastian is a German citizen who lived in the U.S. for 7 years. Ashley is an American citizen who has lived all over the world, including the Philippines, Italy and many states of the U.S. Ashley and Sebastian met at work and married in 2004. Since the couple is adventurous and a bit nutty, they decided to move to Switzerland, find a job and hike in the Alps all the while enjoying the beauty and culture Europe has to offer. In March 2008, Geneva entered the picture, and continues to steel the show. Ashley, Sebastian and Geneva live in Stallikon, Switzerland. A small village between two mountains, 20 minutes East of Zurich. Sebastian works as a Business Process Management expert for Credit Suisse while the girls try to learn German and play all day. This site is dedicated to the documentation of the Risse's new Swiss life, travels, and strange experiences.
